KöR teeth whitening can produce incredible long-term effects, which you can maximize by taking measures to avoid staining your teeth. For the first twenty-four hours after treatment, you should avoid dark soda, berries, red wine, mustard, coffee, and other foods that can stain your teeth. Refraining from tobacco use is also always highly recommended.

If you return to drinking tea and coffee, try to use a straw. If you enjoy red wine, don't immediately run for your toothbrush – the acidic wine can temporarily weaken tooth enamel, and brushing may cause more harm than good at that point. Instead, try chasing your wine with some soda water, or a piece of broccoli, which provides your teeth with a natural and very gentle scrubbing.
