Dental Implant Restoration
Dental implants are used to replace natural teeth that have fallen out or need to be removed because of extreme damage or decay. A dental implant is a titanium rod placed in the jawbone and topped with an artificial tooth that sits on top of the gums.
Once placed, implants prevent the surrounding teeth from shifting out of place and causing oral health problems. Dr. Rink restore dental implants by attaching artificial teeth, usually crowns, to the titanium roots. Dental implant restorations look, feel, and function like natural, healthy teeth. Implants may also be used to anchor bridges or dentures.
