Going to Dr Rink’s office is like going to a friend's house. You are warmly greeted and offered coffee or water or whatever you would like. The waiting area is gorgeous with fine furniture. In the bathroom, you will find amazing smelling soap and lotion as well as mouthwash to prepare for your exam. Everyone who works at Dr Rink’s office is friendly, welcoming , and very highly trained. Only the latest dental techniques are employed. This practice is far above others and I highly recommend it. Look no more for your dentist!

After almost a year-long journey that included bite correction, orthodontics, and restorative cosmetic work, the results exceeded every expectation I had. Early this year, I came to Dr. Rink wanting the fastest path to the best possible outcome with no shortcuts. He and his team heard me, steered me straight, and delivered exactly what I needed. Dr. Rink carefully laid out this process: a referral to Dr. Katie Bullwinkel at Vincent & Bullwinkel Orthodontics to first do the work of correcting my “edge on edge" bite, followed by retainers, then ultimately the “main event” restorative work with Dr. Rink to achieve an incredible smile transformation. Every stage was coordinated, professional, and personalized. What really stands out is the customer experience behind Dr. Rink’s professional perfectionism. I recently visited Dr. Rink for the first time for a chipped tooth. I will just let y’all know now…I'm EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my teeth. I’m critical of every little detail. I looked through so many before/after galleries on cosmetic dentist’s websites all around the Charleston area. I was very impressed when I came across Dr. Rink's page and even more impressed after my visit. He listened intently to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He fixed my tooth PERFECTLY. I love this place! I went in to have a routine teeth cleaning realized I had an abscess too. They got me in right away to have a root canal and the next day they got me into replace my crown. I don’t live in Charleston anymore, but I do fly down for this Dentist they’re the best.

Quite possibly the kindest and most compassionate people in the medical profession. As someone with extreme health anxiety, Sheralyn, Megan, and Dr. Rink could not have tried harder to quell my fears and make me feel at ease during my appointment. I had veneers done overseas back in February, and it was a nightmare. I ended up with constant, excruciating pain because the procedure wasn’t done properly - my teeth weren’t sealed right, my bite was off, and the work was too close to my roots, leading to multiple root canals. I called Dr. Rink’s office and spoke with Sheralyn, who was an angel from the get-go. She understood my pain and got me in to see Dr. Rink right away. After assessing the situation, Dr. Rink recommended removing the veneers, explaining that they would continue to cause problems because of the way they were done. Dr. Rink and his incredible crew. Despite the complexity of my case, they came up with a solid plan and tackled it with such compassion and kindness, well beyond what I’d hoped.

Dr Rink listens to what you want - what your goals are…and makes sure you are comfortable 100% of the time. I have NEVER liked those painful novacaine shots. Guess what? I never felt a thing. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I had to wait a few extra minutes past my appointment time and they were very apologetic. However, the waiting room is comfortable and quiet. They are very thorough in explanations and descriptions of dental care. They do everything possible to make your experience relaxing. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

I highly recommend the Charleston Center for Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry. The office was able to squeeze me in promptly and after the latest hi-tech assessment, Dr. Rink replaced two crowns in the same morning (no temporaries or follow-up visits), with no pain during the procedure and with no discomfort afterwards. The entire staff was highly professional and exceptionally pleasant. A world-class experience!

Dr. Rink and his staff are the best! They stay current on dental techniques and treatments and go the extra mile to make patients feel like family. I wouldn't trust my dental care to anyone else (and I haven't for about 20 years)! Love that Marlene can now set up appointments, print bills and take payments after finishing a very through and professional teeth cleaning. No need to wait at the counter for office staff to do this--now I can just smile and wave as I leave. No long waits for treatment and speedy exits after the work is done!

This Dentistry is amazing! Marlene is the best dental hygienist and is very thorough with cleanings, x-rays and answering any questions. Everyone here is so nice and makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Rink and his amazing staff for all your dentistry needs.

They always offer me a warm blanket, along with some hot mittens - which truly helps me relax. Dr Rink is an amazing Dentist. He is gentle on my teeth and gums, and always gives me positive feedback. I originally found Dr. Rink when I lived in Atlanta, and would have commuted to appointments if I still lived there. His work on my teeth has been nothing short of perfection. He's the instructor to other cosmetic dentists and I have the level of trust that I am receiving the same care he would provide to his own family. His staff is consistently just as exceptional!

Well then I had the good fortune of being referred by a friend to Dr. Rink...and lo and behold he's even more skilled than the dentist I had for the past 20 years! And - in some ways just as important - he's built a team of folks there that clearly love their job and that allows them to be in a mindset of really caring for their patients.
